تأسست مؤسسة عناصر العمران عام 2011 ، ومقرها الرئيس بمدينة الخبر بالمنطقة الشرقية ، ومنذ تأسيسها أخذت على عاتقها التميز في العمل ، والسرعة في الإنجاز ، والدقة في المواعيد ، وإرضاء العملاء ، وتعمل جاهدة عبر طاقمها المتنوع والمكون من مهندسين وفنيين وإداريين لتحقيق أهدافها ، الذين يعملون بروح الفريق الواحد ، على الرغم من أن أنشطة المؤسسة بدأت فعليا مع بداية الألفية الجديدة وبداية ثورة الاتصالات وتقنية المعلومات في المملكة العربية السعودية مما يعني خبرة تراكمية تزيد عن العشر سنوات وتواجد مستمر دون انقطاع خلال الفترة الماضية.
